DEBT FINANCING:
We assist our clients in sourcing, senior and subordinated debt (Mezzanine), asset-based financing solutions, in both public and private markets dealing with a variety of specialized funds: working capital funds, direct lending funds, hedge funds, infrastructure funds, real estate financing funds.
EQUITY FINANCING:
We assist our clients in sourcing equity financing from public markets ( IPO,s), as well as private markets ( equity private placements ) provided by venture capital funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, alternative investment funds, and family offices.
PLACEMENT AGENT:
We help alternative investments funds in their fund raising process, by sourcing capital from institutional investors in Spain , UK and Europe. In addition to raising Capital for the fund and depending on the fund asset class we also assist in providing the sourcing of assets.
NON-PERFORMING LOANS (NPL's):
We assist our clients in the entire sale process of non-performing loans, consumer loans, real estate loans, single asset loans. We assist with the valuation, due diligence, and final sale of the loans.
LITIGATION FINANCING:
We assist Spanish law firms with the sourcing of third-party litigation financing. With our reach of contacts in the US, UK, Germany, and Switzerland.
